To ensure fairness, consistency, and clarity for all clients, we have established the following No Refund Policy: All payments made for consultations, treatments, wellness programs, coaching sessions, procedures, packages, and other professional services at Highlander Fertility Wellness Center are strictly non-refundable, regardless of client satisfaction, changes in personal circumstances, partial completion of any program or package, or whether the package or service has not been started or utilized. By confirming a payment and enrolling in a program, or purchasing any service or product, clients acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy and assume full financial responsibility for all charges incurred.
